POSITION: Inside Sales Representative
LOCATION: Des Plaines, IL
POSITION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sells the company's consumable products via the telephone.
- Generates prospective customers through cold calling and closes sales generated by cold calling.
- Qualifies and follows up with sales leads.
- May direct customers to website or other company resources for information.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with channel partners and existing customers.
- Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested.
EDUCATION/
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 year business degree a plus with a minimum of 2 years telephone sales experience.
- Knowledgeable in electronic prepress and printing markets/applications, conventional and DI printing applications a plus.
- Excellent PC skills.
- Strong communication skills.
