Remote Device Management

Keeping equipment operating at peak performance is the goal of Presstek Guardian Support. Through secure Internet communication with your CTP or DI device, Presstek monitors performance, logs events and, in certain cases, uploads software upgrades to enhance performance.
Presstek Guardian Service facilitates predictive maintenance based on information collected from across the field and about your particular equipment. We can use the collective knowledge to be proactive in maintaining the optimum performance of our customers’ equipment.
