Club DI Terms & Conditions of Use

Only Club DI Members ("Members") operating a press enabled by Presstek's DI technology ("DI Press") and who utilize Presstek manufactured plate media may utilize Club DI Materials ("Materials") only for as long as the Member owns the DI press and continues using Presstek plate media.

Member may utilize Materials for the sole purpose of promoting and growing Member's DI Press business.

In the event Member no longer owns a DI Press, Membership is immediately revoked and Member agrees to:

• Immediately notify Presstek at 603-595-7000 ext. 4170 or marketing@presstek.com, and immediately cease access to Club DI and usage of Materials.
• Transferring, copying or selling, the files or a part thereof, to another party is strictly prohibited, other than for when such activity is directly related to using the Materials to promote Member's DI Press business.

Member agrees to keep Membership Username and Password confidential. Transferring, copying, selling, or otherwise conveying Member Log-In Username and/or Password information is prohibited.

Failure to comply with terms will, among other things; result in immediate termination of Membership without notice. Presstek reserves the right to take any other action available for unauthorized use of this site.

Presstek reserves the right to update and/or replace Materials without notification.

Presstek reserves the right to change Member's Username and/or Password at any time (Presstek will make best efforts to notify Member in a timely manner.)

Member agrees to allow Presstek to notify Member via e-mail notification concerning Club DI updates or other related information Presstek deems suitable for its Club DI Members.
