Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Sean Downey oversees all of the company’s global financial operations including controllership, treasury, and financial strategy. Mr. Downey joined Presstek in 2005 as Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.
Mr. Downey has over 25 years of financial leadership experience working with multinational corporations within the publishing and printing industries. Prior to joining Presstek, he served as Vice President, Business Manager at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, a long established publishing house and provider of education solutions. He also held key financial management positions at Pearson Education, Heidelberg, and Agfa.
Mr. Downey earned an MBA from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Investments from Babson College.
Chief Operating Officer
David Bujese is Presstek's Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the day to day management of the Company's manufacturing operations. Mr. Bujese joined Presstek as part of the Company's acquisition of Anocoil Corporation in March 2016 where he was President & COO/CFO.
Mr. Bujese has 20 years experience in the lithographic printing plate market from his tenure at Anocoil. Prior to Presstek and Anocoil, he held senior financial management positions at Ernst & Young, Ergomedics, Inc. and Connecticut Surety Corporation.
Mr. Bujese graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and from Boston University with a Masters of Business Administration. Mr. Bujese is also a Certified Public Accountant.
CATHLEEN V. CAVANNA
Vice President, Corporate Human Resources
Cathleen V. Cavanna is Vice President of Corporate Human Resources, responsible for coordinating all human resource activities within the corporation, including strengthening the link between internal operations and external performance, and influencing and fulfilling business strategy through a fully-aligned and integrated approach. Ms. Cavanna joined Presstek in March 1996 as the Manager of Human Resources.
Prior to joining Presstek, Ms. Cavanna held human resources management positions in high-tech companies including Electronic Data Systems, Genicom and The ABDick Company.
Ms. Cavanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University.

Director, Worldwide Sales and Marketing
Ralph Jenkins is Worldwide Director of Sales and Marketing, responsible for providing global leadership through creating and deploying strategies that drive profitable revenue. In this role Mr. Jenkins develops product launch strategies and value propositions for Go-to-Market plans as well as ensuring that all marketing programs build brand awareness and achieve clear and consistent messaging. Mr. Jenkins develops and leads a high-performance, professional, customer-oriented sales organization with clear accountability for delivering results and strengthening customer and dealer relations.
Since joining Presstek in 2006, Mr. Jenkins has held significant management roles including Director of Dealer Channels and Director of Regional Sales where he proved to be a skilled leader recognized within the industry for increasing organizational effectiveness and building strong distribution partner and customer relationships.
Mr. Jenkins has extensive experience in the printing industry with over 20 years at Agfa Corporation most recently as their National Sales and Marketing Manager, Global Services.
Mr. Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of New England.
Director, Worldwide Service
As Director of Worldwide of Service, Jerry Aucoin is responsible for ensuring customers are provided with optimal levels of service and support. He leads all of Presstek’s service functions including order administration, installation, training, technical support, and application support within a direct and multi-channel network.
Mr. Aucoin brings a wealth of experience to Presstek having spent 19 years at Kodak, most recently serving their Vice President of Global Customer Support and prior to that, Vice President, America’s Service and Support. Mr. Aucoin was Vice President of Customer Service and Support at Creo and he held key service management positions at Nortel Networks, Bay Networks and Lexidata.
Director, R&D Printing Plates
Kevin Ray, PhD. is the Director, R&D Printing Plates, leading Presstek’s research team in conducting new plate product development initiatives. Mr. Ray has much experience with patent prosecution in the U.S., Europe and Japan.
Before joining Presstek, Mr. Ray was the R&D Technology Build Manager for Eastman Kodak Company where he led a team of chemists to deliver digital plate technology platforms, including develop-on-press and simple processing plates. He was also a Research Associate for Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG), a joint venture between Eastman Kodak Company and Sun Chemical Corporation. There, he delivered a variety of digital, thermal printing plate designs; many now market-leading media products. Mr. Ray started his career with Horsell Anitec in 1993, as a Senior Technologist in the printing arena, and has a number of scientific papers, and over seventy patents to his name.
Mr. Ray earned his PhD in 1990 from the University of Kent in physical organic chemistry, specializing in novolak resins, sponsored in part, by British Petroleum. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Leeds. Kevin is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and a Member of the American Chemical Society.
